ERP SECURISED
In order to secure their ERP, a Funeral group contracted a project in fixed price mode concerning the upgrading of the operating and supervision documentation of their management tool for all of their services used by their employees distributed in their agencies (≈650 Agencies).
Following this first milestone, a second milestone concerned the application documentation by including the implementation of a Wiki solution in order to facilitate the updating of the document throughout the life cycle of the application.
PORTAL
Assisting a funeral group in the implementation of a new service offer associated with their new value chain based on pet funerals.
